- added new option in the setup: Enable default EMC (from plugin)
- added autodetection HW (Brand, model - displayed in the setup) and set the
picture of HW into menu, where is used
- added date and time - both the type "with PIG" of channel selection screen
- added support for BH 1.7.0 (1.6.7 removed, 1.6.6 supported-autodetect)
